Consultation on a proposed National Environmental Standard for on-site wastewater systems.
The Ministry for the Environment is inviting views on a possible new regulation covering the management and maintenance of on-site wastewater systems such as septic tanks. Submissions are welcomed from all interested parties. A discussion document is available from:
