Introduction
This Collaborative aims to provide solutions to forest health problems of relevance to its members, in order to minimise the effect of pests and diseases on trees, forests, and wood. The aims are achieved through cost effective research and technology transfer.
The Collaborative operates by providing a forum for:
- Identifying forest health issues
- Prioritising research needs
- Funding research projects
- Sponsoring workshops and site visits
- Generally enhancing communication and networking.
Membership is open to any individual or organisation with an interest in forest health.
